Customer Service Field Trainer



  • Hourly range $18.00-$22.00, depending on experience.


Your core focus as Field Trainer will be to provide support and trainer for our customers. As you succeed in this role, you'll build cross-functional expertise and business acumen, opening doors for future career growth at Toshiba.

This position will enable you to directly impact our customers, the local businesses, organizations, and institutions that are pillars of our communities by ensuring that their office equipment is functioning properly to drive their organizations forward.

What you'll do



  • Provide Customer training on purchased and/or leased Toshiba equipment.
  • Ensure Customers have full understanding of equipment operation and capabilities to maximize usage and generate interest in additional equipment needs and other print management opportunities.
  • Advise Sales Team if customers have interest in additional products or services. May also Train Toshiba sales/marketing staff on all Toshiba equipment.
  • Respond to customer questions and troubleshoot operator problems with equipment / software operability. Ensure customers questions are resolved which results in a positive customer experience. Follow-up on all customer commitments in a prompt manner.


Qualifications



  • High School Diploma or GED plus one year of customer support experience providing training on basic equipment operation to print driver installation.
  • Good computer skills (experience with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel. and Outlook)
  • Detailed oriented with good follow up skill
  • Communicate effectively with customers
  • Demonstrated ability to provide customer support by phone and/or in person
  • Valid Driver's license with ability to travel by automobile a large percentage of time
