Director, Strategic Accounts:In this role, you will Direct the Operations by managing the day-to-day for all assigned strategic accounts. You will be responsible for coaching your team on all aspects ofactivities as it relates to assigned Strategic Accounts. You will work cross functionally with other Element departments to ensure client and stake holder needs are met and that we provide a Consistent Superior Client Experience as measured by client feedback and quarterly NPS feedback surveys. Additionally, you and your team will work from a continuous improvement mindset to ensure we have best in class processes across all areas of responsibility and our always looking to improve said processes.

Director of Strategic Accounts must thrive in a fast-paced environment, seek to continuously improve the client experience, and consistently deliver strong results. You will interact with a variety of stakeholders and collaborate with a strong team to implement new technology solutions, supply chain innovations, and service offerings. In this role, you will:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of assigned Strategic accounts to include but not limited to:
    • Relationship management with clients to include overseeing weekly, monthly, quarterly and year business reviews
    • Performance Manage SLAs worth $100K + in monthly revenue
    • Financial review both internally and externally
    • Ordering of up to 20K vehicles per year
    • Delivery of 20K to 30K vehicles per year to end users with an on-time rate of 95% given 14 days lead time
    • Middle Mile Transportation leg for 15K - 20K vehicles per year
    • Storage Hub Logistics
    • End to End repair management "Re-Deployment"
    • End to End vehicle registration and titling
    • Business analytics including development of mgt and vendor reporting
    • Vendor Relationships
    • Responsible for the planning, organizing, and directing of the organization's operations and programs in an effective and innovative fashion.
    • Oversee the coordination of daily operations of the Strategic Client Relationship Management, Contract & Onboarding Teams as well as and Supplier Network organizations.
    • Responsible for department budget and forecasting to ensure compliance.
    • Drive accountability across relevant stakeholders across Clients, Element, CEI and Supplier networks to deliver on commitments.
    • Build strategies and operational plans to continuously improve the overall Client NPS and CSAT scores.
  • Manage a team of associates responsible for the day-to-day operations
  • Review team workflow and improve efficiency
  • Coordinate new vehicle orders from client intake request through the end-to-end new vehicle order cycle to ensure timely delivery to final asset assignment location
  • Collaborate closely with Vehicle Life Cycle Solution leadership and Strategic Relationships on account growth opportunities
  • Understand clients' business objectives and translate into solutions
  • Support the account on annual review, debriefs, development and overview of Strategic Engagement /Action plans
  • Measure performance effectiveness and provide feedback and coaching to team

Required Qualifications:

  • BS or BA in business or management related field required.
  • 5-7 years relevant customer service or client account management experience, preferably in a B2B service environment
  • Prior people leadership experience including demonstrated success in maximizing individual and team performance to achieve department objectives and positively impacting employee engagement.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing metrics to manage the department, identifying process and technology improvement opportunities and building strong relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Strong analytical skills and use of data to support and drive business objectives. Obtains and effectively analyzes data, identifies trend/issues, solicits input, looks at all perspectives, reaches logical decisions or recommendations and acts quickly to implement solutions.
  • Strong MS Office suite experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Occasional business travel (25% or less) required.

  • MBA

The hiring base salary range for this position is $94,200 - $129,600 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
