Monday-Friday 5:00am-1:30pm ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Lift material onto machines, manually or with a hoist * Document production numbers on a board at station. * Review purchase orders with manufacturing details, design specifications, and assembly instructions to ensure work is performed according to specifications * Cut and strip wires according to specifications * Assemble electrical or electronic systems or support structures and install components, units, subassemblies, wiring, or assembly casings, using pneumatic drills, drivers, rivets, bolts, glue, soldering or micro-welding equipment * Position, align, or adjust work pieces or electrical parts to facilitate wiring or assembly * Pack finished assemblies for shipment and place on pick up line for distribution using tape dispenser and safety box cutter * Fabricate, assemble, or disassemble manufactured products by hand * Read testing device to ensure quality of product * Shovel, sweep, or otherwise clean work stations * Follow safety procedures in order to maintain a safe work environment * Use hands or hand tools to secure, mount, or bolt parts into place * Use power or air-powered tools to secure, mount, or bolt parts into place * Disassemble and reassemble parts to ensure production * Read production orders to determine material requirements or assembly instructions * Communicate with teammate to assemble product * Use paint, polish, sand paper, or lubricant to finish product * Lift products on and off production line * Package, prepare, or tag products in order to be shipped REQUIREMENTS: * Highschool diploma or equivalent * Basic assembly, or assembly line experience | |
