Job Description:

Inside Sales Representatives support the entire sales life cycle. They support the team's primary focus of financial success through outstanding customer service, strong market presence, project and customer understanding, with superior market and product knowledge and awareness. Within the sales life cycle, the Inside Sales Representative takes ownership in ensuring great customer service. They also provide secondary support for the Project Management Team and the Outside Sales Team as well as coordinating with the Operations Team.

Primary Role and Responsibilities

• Support the Outside Sales Team and the Sales Operations Team through a variety of critical job functions.
• Ensures up to date systems, PJM, Ops Sheets, from a front endposition.
• Gathers new project plans and specifications.
• Develops new customers, manages with a growth focus of existing accounts.
• Manage all Cash Sale Traffic.
• Performs complete and accurate take-offs, puts quotes together as needed to support peak season.
• Facilitates project transition.
• Manages all inbound sales phone calls.
• Assists in managing customer expectations.
• Develop and execute sales strategies.
• Provides customer service and sales support.
• Understand and exceed the teams' financial and non-financial goals.

• Work independently, with little supervision
