LSSI is hiring aBilingual Mental Health Clinician.Work scheduled hours:full time (40 hours per week) in a hybrid model. Saturdays and some evenings are required.Provide therapy to
children, adolescents and adults in need of individual, group, couples and family therapy, utilizing a variety of modalities.

Essential Functions:

  • Meets financial productivity requirement as set by agency.
  • Familiarity with accreditation and licensure standards.
  • Complete all documentation per Rule 132/140 agency requirements.
  • Adherence to ethical standards of treatment.
  • Facilitate community access for/with members.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of DSM-V Diagnostic Criteria.
  • Participate in weekly supervision and staff meetings, take lead in staff development around clinical issues and how it impacts practice.
  • Demonstrate a culturally competent treatment approach to the client population, - meet financial productivity targets.
  • Trained and demonstrates proficiency in Electronic Health Record/certification IM CANS.

Position Qualifications:

  • MA/MSW required, LCPC/LCSW preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English required.
  • Competency in computers required.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
