Position Purpose:

The Finance Operations Analyst works with the Regulated Waste Compliance Services (RWCS) locations to identify and address executional failures to the standard process. The Finance Operations Analyst's management of identified corrective actions improves the accuracy and timeliness of billing and the subsequent revenue. The Finance Operations Analyst also ensures that the locations process procedures pertaining to revenue comply with established company controls. The Finance Operations Analyst compiles monthly and weekly facility data analysis reports to conduct meetings with Facility Management to review identified process improvement opportunities followed by building a clear action-plan followed by tracking measures to identify the success of actions or need for additional improvement activities.

This is hybrid position located in Vernon, CA; the candidate will be in the office 3 days a week.

Key Job Activities:
  • Prepare detailed reports to identify the root cause of operational failures.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly calls with Facility Management to review identified failures and detail corrective actions required to reduce errors.
  • Perform Facility audits to identify and analyze procedural weaknesses that do not align with defined standard operating procedures.
  • Perform monthly route audits by compiling and documenting all detected debrief errors. Define corrective actions for drivers to improve performance in alignment with standard operating procedures.
  • Analyze unbilled data in Steriworks, correct discrepancies and provide feedback to Facility Management.
  • Provide support for special projects, team coverage, training and testing when required
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ Years of Experience
  • Strong Excel skills

Compensation range: $50,000 - $65,000
