Supports, measures, and monitors internal and external sales efforts. Develops and promotes the sale of West Bend's product lines through independent insurance agencies in an assigned region. Develops specific goals for each agency that support corporate profit and growth objectives. Promotes and trains agencies in WB Connect. Communicates company changes and philosophies to agencies. Is responsible for resolution or escalation of agency matters. Is responsible for timely follow-up with agents and monitors trends of agency issues. Develops training and sales programs, promotions, and events utilizing teleconferences, webinars, and social media. Is responsible for prospective agency home office visits, and other activities that support agents and RSMs. Is responsible for marketing special projects as assigned. When applicable, negotiates new and renewal business directly with agent and underwriter. Conducts agency performance evaluations. Monitors Partners in Excellence program. Preferred Experience and Skills
Four years marketing, communications or public relations experience with knowledge of business-to-business marketing preferred
