Job Summary: The Human Resources Generalist - Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing and driving the recruitment process to attract, identify, and hire top talent for the organization. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, creating and executing effective recruiting strategies, and ensuring a seamless hiring process from sourcing to onboarding. The generalist will utilize various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking, to find candidates across multiple channels. Additionally, this position will be responsible for maintaining candidate pipelines, conducting screening interviews, managing job postings, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking).
  • Screen resumes, conduct screening interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications.
  • Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and ensure smooth tracking of recruitment metrics.
  • Provide support to HR and hiring managers on employer branding and retention strategies.

Regular, predictable attendance is an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:

Required:


  • Bachelors' degree in Human Resources or a related field.

License

Required:


  • Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Experience:

Required:


  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruiting.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.

Hours: Full-Time.

Workdays: Monday - Friday.

Workhours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM.

Salary: $64,798.24 annually.
