Since 1973, Lambda Legal has used impact litigation and other advocacy tools to decriminalize same-sex relationships; challenge discrimination against LGBTQ+ people and people living with HIV in the workplace, in the home, in schools, in health care, and in the military; and protect LGBTQ+ families, including by winning and defending marriage equality. Our clients are not charged for legal representation or advocacy and Lambda Legal receives no government funding. Headquartered in New York City, Lambda Legal also has regional offices in Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, and Washington, DC. Database and Reports Manager The Database and Reports Manager is responsible for optimizing database reporting operations to drive data-driven decision-making and ensure high standards of data integrity. This role takes ownership of designing, managing, and refining queries, reports, and lists across platforms such as Raiser's Edge, Luminate Online, and Excel, to support impactful fundraising insights. Working closely with the Director of Donor Databases, this position not only fulfills data requests and maintains data quality through consistent audits and updates, but also leads initiatives in developing and implementing database policies. Additionally, the Database and Reports Manager provides essential user support and training, empowering staff to adhere to best practices in data management. The role includes assistance with critical tasks such as data entry, gift processing, and financial reconciliation, ensuring smooth, accurate operational processes across the organization.
