Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Qualifications: The key qualification factors for the Line Service Manager position are: Experience in a five star service environment, managerial and leadership experience, and proven performance. This individual must be highly energetic and driven to motivate his/her team. Language Skills: Ability to read, comprehend and explain documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals in English, to effectively communicate both verbally, and in written English. To include but not limited to, aviation policies, procedures, rules and regulations. Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, percentages, area, and volume and have the ability to apply concepts of basic math. Reasoning Ability: Have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in writing, orally, by diagram, or schedule format. Must be able to make decisions based on common sense judgment.
