Customer Event - Grill Trailer Coordinator

Summary: The Food Truck Operator is responsible for coordinating off-site customer events, including traveling to customer locations, setting up, cooking, serving, and breaking down the event. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and experience pulling trailers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate off-site customer events.
• Travel to customer locations for events.
• Set up, cook, serve, and break down events.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor throughout.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Food truck experience preferred but not required.
• Experience pulling trailers required.
• Food truck experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor.
• Detail-oriented.
• SERV Safe Certificate preferred.
