Position Overview:

Candidate will work in a collaborative atmosphere and exhibit a passion for visioning, design, problem solving and project implementation, and be capable of advancing project vision through concept, design development and implementation phases. What you'll do: Ideate, coordinate and develop detailed design and planning concepts; production operations including: drafting, documentation, three-dimensional visualization; design presentations in a variety of formats; tasks including plans, sections & elevations, renderings, project metrics calculations, ensure adherence to specifications, regulations, standards, and Client expectations. Candidate will perform specialized research, deliver high quality work products, and pursue new and emerging technologies. Must be self-motivated, outgoing, and willing to learn and grow.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicate ideas, designs, and vision to internal project teams and externally to Clients, consultants, stakeholders, and agencies.
• Convey effective graphical communication of ideas, designs, and vision in diverse formats.
• Consults with clients to gather specifications, contribute expertise, make recommendations, and deliver design proposals.
• Effective internal and external project coordination with allied disciplines including but not limited to civil, structural, & MEP engineering, architecture, interiors, site electrical, and survey.
• Produces designs which may include arrangement of program, space planning, ideation, theming & branding, visioning, and architectonic configurations.
• Construction details, including horizontal & vertical hardscape, landscape, and irrigation.
• Collaborates with team members on technical design topics to optimize plan designs.
• Executes production processes; prepare plans and proposals.
• Researches and applies information pertaining to hard and soft materials, code requirements, regulatory topics, construction techniques and cost analyses.
• Participates in field reviews, certifications, and post design services.
• Collects, organizes, and analyzes data.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture.
• Strong master planning, visioning, and design skills.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience executing land and/or landscape planning, architecture, and design projects.
• 2 or more years of experience managing projects preferred.
• Effective hand graphic and digital medium graphical communication.
• Familiarity AI-integrated workflows preferred.
• AutoCAD proficiency.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite design software.
• Familiarity with Sketchup, Rhino, or similar 3D visualization software.
• State registration for Landscape Architecture preferred.
