The salary range for this position takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Sales Operations & Strategic Project Manager serves as a partner to Craft Education's Head of Sales & Revenue (Growth) by driving key business initiatives that originate from their office. They play a central role in the successful delivery of projects, processes and systems that create tangible outcomes for the Sales & Revenue (Growth) Team.
The Sales Operations & Strategic Project Manager will co-own Sales Operations and be an extension of the Head of Growth, advancing both corporate- and team-level KPIs by designing and driving workstreams while mobilizing key stakeholders and executive level decision makers.
The Sales Operations & Strategic Project Manager leads large scale projects including design and implementation of sales operations, sales strategy, customer discovery, go-to-market and marketing. This role is a standalone owner and leader of projects and initiatives in an ambiguous environment with shifting priorities. They are expected to bring excellent business judgment to drive outcomes by collaborating productively with colleagues and senior leadership. Primary Responsibilities

Location Requirements: Work location is determined by role and business needs. In addition to our headquarters in Salt Lake City, UT we have office locations across the US. Senior leadership, administrative functions, and technology teams are typically assigned to work in one of our office locations.
