Responsibilities We are seeking a NOC Technician or Network Engineer to support a network providing network monitoring and network outage support to our U.S. Navy Customer on site at primarily the Washington Navy Yard, DC with some travel to the Arlington, VA location. Candidiates must be able to work 12 hour night shifts and have reliable transportation to make it in to work during inclement weather. Work hours are Sunday through Tuesday 6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. with occasional Wednesdays. What will you do:
Working in a team environment and will be responsible for creating incident tickets, troubleshooting network related incidents, contacting site POCs for touch labor support, work with various circuit providers to obtain the status of repair for circuits and coordinate efforts to resolve network outages.

Target Salary Range $66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors. |
