About the Role

An exciting opportunity to join our Loyalty Partnerships team. The Senior Partnership Manager is an individual contributor responsible for ensuring our partners are successful in achieving value from their relationship with Dynata. We seek candidates with experience of managing partnerships, preferably in or around customer or member loyalty. The Senior Partnership Manager position requires an individual with strong relationship and organizational skills to successfully manage the day-to-day operational aspects of assigned partnerships. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with leading global brands in a vital team at Dynata.

Responsibilities

  • Master an understanding of our partnership program; serve as a subject matter expert
  • Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners at all relevant levels
  • Execute against contractual agreements for assigned partners focusing on account renewals and retention, as well as show benefit to the partner to expand marketing where applicable
  • Conceive and develop marketing campaigns, including creative and copy, working side-by-side with assigned partners, to ensure partnership goals are achieved and campaigns are flawlessly executed
  • Track and analyze partner campaign results; subsequently, prepare and create meaningful reporting for both internal use and for partner presentations
  • Create annual partnership plans, forecasting and budgeting in tandem with the team
  • Maintain partner invoicing and create financial reconciliation records
  • Travel or video meetings to present detailed business reviews, partnership financials, and growth opportunities to multiple levels of partnership management
  • Working cross-functionally, launch new partnerships with full accountability for successful, on-budget, and on-time integrations
  • Facilitate meetings with technology teams, both internally and in concert with partners, to create, enhance and/or troubleshoot integrations
  • Ensure we are efficiently leveraging best practices and resources from different departments
  • Support junior staff members and assist in their growth and development

Skills & Attributes

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5 to 10 years + experience in strategic account / relationship management, preferably in loyalty account management (e.g., working with loyalty and partnership programs, such as airlines, hotels, car rental companies, retailers, etc)
  • Business development skills and experience with the ability to deepen / expand relationships with existing partners and renegotiate / renew agreements as needed
  • Strong problem-solving, financial & analytical skills; strong project management acumen with a high level of detail orientation
  • Excellent communication (oral, written, presentation), organizational, and intrapersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams
  • Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments and managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to travel, less than 5%

The salary range for this position in is $70K-$90K/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status
