ISO New England is the not-for-profit, independent system operator responsible for ensuring the safe and reliable flow of electricity in our region and planning for the future of the electric grid. We are at the forefront of New England's ongoing transition to clean energy. Market Development seeks motivated individuals to join our Market Design and Development team. Our job is to lead projects that advance competitive electricity markets, integrate new technologies efficiently, and help facilitate the region's clean energy transition. We work as a team, within the department, the company, and the region, to assess, design, and implement real-world changes to improve the electric grid and electricity markets. As a Manager, Market Development, your primary responsibilities will involve leading projects and staff teams assessing market designs, recommending solutions, and engaging with stakeholders. Your teammates come from a variety of backgrounds - economists, engineers, data scientists, writers, traders, business professionals, and more.
