Position Summary The Digital and IT Senior Analyst defines, configures, tests, trains and supports Customer Experience related information technology requirements and systems including CRM systems like Salesforce. Collaborating with Group and Division subject matter experts and 3rd party IT vendors, they lead directly, or co-lead, single technology or regional IT projects with accountability for completing on time, budget and meeting expectations. This position will be located at the Corporate Headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio, and does not have any direct reports.
