SUMMARY

Retail Quality was formed in 2018 to process replacement orders and support our retail affiliate network. We are growing and changing each year! Senior Coordinators represent Retail Quality as subject matter experts in meetings or projects, conduct coaching and training for retail and fellow coordinators, draft standard work and identify areas of continuous improvement, and backup Supervisor during PTO. Strong candidates would thrive in a fast-paced work environment, apply critical thinking on the fly, and are capable of balancing multiple projects and expectations. Work from home flexibility with in-office commitment as needed.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Subject matter expert for product reorders. Represents Retail Quality on strategic projects and initiatives by providing information and completing testing.
  • Uses strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills to respond to customer inquiries including warranty coverage challenges and backorder resolution. Assists with creation and maintenance of standard work.
  • Assesses, approves, and processes reorders. Communicates with retail when coverage is denied.
  • Uploads and distributes pictures while ensuring defects are coded correctly. Assists quality team in identifying project or process gaps. Identifies emerging quality issues. Provides reorder reports as requested.
  • Assists retail with expediting complex escalated reorders utilizing extensive knowledge of lead times, logistics and supply chain capabilities.
  • Assist with team best practice sharing. Able to facilitate single point lessons and small kaizens. Trains CSRs, customers and business partners on standard work and reorder fulfillment processes.
  • Provides backup coverage for Supervisor during absences.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • SME of delivery partner and customer needs and issues relating to the fulfillment process, retail and supply chain processes.
  • Ability to understand complex product including failure modes. Ability to understand complex technical product specification and train others.
  • Problem Solving/Opportunity Identification and able to implement change.
  • Ability to quickly assess situations and respond quickly and close process gaps.
  • Advanced computer skills including MS Office and proficient typing abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to negotiate and presentation/facilitation skills. Ability to present, coach and train team members and create standard work documents.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
