Job Summary Scottsdale Community College (SCC) is hiring a Human Resource Representative (Short-Term). The Human Resources Representative plays a crucial role in supporting the Vision, Mission and Values of Scottsdale Community College by providing essential HR services that directly contribute to student success. This position supports all areas of HR, including hiring, onboarding, and payroll. As the front-line contact of the HR team, this role fosters a positive and productive educational environment. By recruiting and supporting dedicated faculty and staff, this role helps maintain a motivated, effective team that can provide the best possible experience for our students. Essential Functions
Minimum Qualifications Associate's Degree from a regionally accredited institution in any field and two (2) years of administrative office support or related experience providing a wide variety of secretarial, administrative office support and/or administrative coordination activities. OR High School Diploma/GED and four (4) years of customer service or administrative office support. Desired Qualifications
