We are currently seeking a BPO Supervisor to join our team.

Position: Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage a team and ensure operational excellence.

Salary for this Role is 55K

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership:Supervise the team to ensure the highest quality of service is provided to clients.
• Performance Monitoring:Monitor team performance and report results and issues to higher-level leadership.
• Issue Resolution:Assist the team with escalated client or account issues.
• Workforce Management:Manage hiring, staffing, and maintaining a diverse and effective workforce.
• Career Development:Oversee career development, planning, performance, and pay discussions for team members.
• Client and Internal Interaction:Interact with clients and internal departments to resolve issues.
• Guidance and Compliance:Lead staff to complete assignments using established guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Professional Representation:Demonstrate professional courtesy and represent the company positively in all communications.
• Administrative Oversight:Ensure appropriate record-keeping, required reports, and related administrative functions are accurate and maintained.
• Data Analysis:Compile and analyze data to identify trends and conduct root cause analysis.

Required schedule availability for this position is between Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm (Central Time) evenings and Saturdays could also be required based on business needs
