We have an opening for a College Admissions Representative to join our growing team! Our Admissions team plays a pivotal role in attracting and nurturing prospective students. You'll be at the forefront of the admissions process, connecting with potential students from inquiry to application.

Schedule:

There is schedule flexibility for a standard 8-hour shift between the hours of Mon-Fri 8am-6pm EST

Pay:

The starting pay ranges between $28-32/hr based on experience

Hybrid Flexibility:

4 days in-office and 1 day remote

Day in the Life:



  • Cultivate relationships with prospective students, building trust and fostering program interest
  • Conduct outreach campaigns via calls, emails, interviews and webinars, exceeding Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Develop and execute contact strategies utilizing open-ended questioning to understand student needs
  • Manage the student inquiry pipeline, nurturing leads and progressing them through the admissions funnel
  • Support recruitment efforts by participating in events, building relationships with university advisors and personnel
  • Analyze enrollment funnel data and KPIs to identify trends and optimize outreach strategies
  • Contribute to building and maintaining a robust student pipeline through effective recruitment strategies
  • Process and manage inquiries, ensuring accurate record-keeping and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Engage prospective students through open-ended questioning and clear communication to understand their needs and goals



Keys to Success:



  • Experience in Lead Generation or Student Recruitment
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Experience in the higher education industry preferred
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all tasks
  • Relationship management expertise, fostering trust and rapport with prospective students and university partners
  • Problem-solving skills to address student concerns and navigate challenges efficiently
  • Collaborative spirit, working effectively with colleagues across admissions and university relations
  • Customer-centric approach, prioritizing student satisfaction and a positive onboarding experience
