We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to oversee internal products and programs related to the Microsoft Partner Center - Accounts Enrollment experience. The role involves driving the development of features that enhance accounts enrollment, security, and compliance. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams and organizations to achieve product and project goals, meet key objectives, and ensure successful project completion. Responsibilities Define the long-term vision and strategy for the Partner Center Account Enrollment Experience by identifying problems and understanding customer needs, compliance, security, market and user research, and the competitive landscape. Collaborate with engineering, support, business, and field teams to gather input and support for the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Lead planning, feature development, and cross-organizational alignment, manage deliverables, and achieve objectives and key results (OKRs). Measure performance metrics (OKRs and KPIs), monitor and report progress (e.g., business reviews), and implement actions to improve product/feature development, iteration, and implementation. Communicate status and features to both internal and external stakeholders. Build relationships with stakeholders and navigate ambiguity. Utilize data and telemetry, including customer feedback systems, to develop and share insights on product performance and customer needs. Track success criteria of a feature group, identify short-term investment opportunities, and collaborate with partners for support. Define a feature set, facilitate usability reviews with customers, own a portion of the roadmap for a feature group, and organize scenario walkthroughs to identify issues. |
