Masterfully managing an existing portfolio of clients and develop new clients to maximize both revenue and profits. Identifying new sales opportunities and driving revenue through telephone, email outbound sales and when required, face to face visits. Become a master of Dynata products and services and how to customize these products for different business customer segments through a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements. Achieve and exceed quarterly revenue and profit quotas and lead indicator performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Proven Sales Experience:

  • 3-5 years of successful sales experience consistently meeting and exceeding targets.

  • Demonstrated ability to close deals and build long-term client relationships.

  • Experience in business development within Consulting, Private Equity, Banking and Market Research industries is a plus Advertising, Media , Integrated data solutions, including digital and cross media ad effectiveness, creative testing and audience activation research is a plus.

Sales Hunter Mentality:

  • Tenacious, driven, and proactive-someone with a true "sales animal" mindset.

  • High energy with a persistent attitude to overcome objections and challenges with resilience and confidence.

  • Able to demonstrate a track record of high activity and proactive outreach.

Strategic Thinker with Excellent Communication Skills:

  • Capable of crafting tailored sales strategies to align with client needs and articulate Dynata's value proposition clearly.

  • Builds trust through excellent communication and offers data-driven insights and solutions.

  • Strong relationship-building skills that foster trust and credibility with clients.

Market Research Acumen:

  • Ability to leverage market research insights to identify trends and opportunities, targeting clients effectively.

  • Familiarity with the data collection and research industry is preferred but not required for the right candidate willing to learn.

The base salary range for this position in is $60K-$75K/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A competitive sales incentive program will be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.The commission plan is designed to reward individuals for meeting and exceeding sales targets and plan details will be provided to candidates during the interview.
