Summary

Summary:
The Administrative Assistant II - NorDx role is responsible for supporting several departments across NorDx. Responsibilities include: typing correspondence, laboratory procedures, non-routine correspondence, and reports. Arranges meetings and maintains schedule for assigned individuals. Screens visitors and phone calls.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: One year of business school or related field preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Previous experience in an office setting preferred.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Working knowledge of medical terminology.
