Responsibilities

    Supports the DC3 facilities organization.
  • Create and maintain MS Project schedule for facilities/construction activities.
  • Complete building walk throughs to identify needed repairs and create service tickets.
  • Escort service contractors for completion of repairs.
  • Manage service paperwork.
  • Create and maintain facility seating chart.
  • Fulfills facilities and logistics service desk tickets.
  • Data entry.
  • Ensures responsive and timely resolution of facilities and logistics-related issues.

The candidate will need to have knowledge of:

  • Basic understanding of preventative maintenance techniques and schedules.
  • Basic mechanical, electrical, and general maintenance knowledge.
  • Knowledge and use of hand tools: screwdriver, cordless drill, level, hammer, to hang things on walls and/or other basic facility-related duties.
  • Understanding of escort duties into secure spaces for service contractors; ability to confirm repairs are correct.

Required Qualifications

  • This is an on-site position, potential for minimal telework.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and related software.
  • Prior facilities management experience.
  • Experience establishing effective partnerships within and outside the organization.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Customer service professional.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
  • Associates degree and 10+ years of experience; OR Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience; OR Master's Degree and 6+ years of experience. Or 3 years with PhD. However, four (4) years of additional relevant experience or specialized training will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.

  • Knowledge of Maxima work order system

Target Salary Range

$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
