**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours. Southcoast Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience. Responsibilities Under general supervision of the Director of Supportive Care or designee, perform a variety of duties in support of Hospice & Palliative Care services, including but not limited to: provide direction to assigned clinical staff in order to assure daily operations and service management is timely and meets patient/customer needs. Manage the mix of services, introducing and applying new approaches to improve utilization, such as length of stay and cost per unit measures. Promote an environment in which staff is included and encouraged in generating ideas for process improvement. Investigate, correct and make root cause improvements in response to all levels of complaints and suggestions, up to an including sentinel events. Qualifications
