Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.



Responsibilities

Under general supervision of the Director of Supportive Care or designee, perform a variety of duties in support of Hospice & Palliative Care services, including but not limited to: provide direction to assigned clinical staff in order to assure daily operations and service management is timely and meets patient/customer needs. Manage the mix of services, introducing and applying new approaches to improve utilization, such as length of stay and cost per unit measures. Promote an environment in which staff is included and encouraged in generating ideas for process improvement. Investigate, correct and make root cause improvements in response to all levels of complaints and suggestions, up to an including sentinel events.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Nursing or the equivalent knowledge and experience is required.
  • Minimum of five years relevant clinical experience required, and at least one year of supervisory experience required.
  • Hospice or Home Health Care experience preferred.
  • Evidence of current CPR certification.
  • Must possess and demonstrate highly effective interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
  • Requires proficient computer skills, including experience with various software, database and electronic records programs.
  • Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired


Pay Range

USD $46.11 - USD $82.21 /Hr.
