Duties and Responsibilities
This position is an integral part of game preparation, student- athlete development, and assisting in program operations for our women's soccer program. This position assists in the skills and development of our student-athletes. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Assist the coaching staff with coaching, scouting and practice planning.
- Serve as a development coach for student-athletes teaching skills, running drills, and assist with overall skill development
- Assist with team travel and operational tasks
* Video exchange
* Assist with organizational planning
* Support player development and assist with roster management.
* Help with the planning, organization, and coaching at camps and clinics.
* Assist with recruiting
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Education and/or Work Experience
Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred. Two years of collegiate coaching experience in designated sport required. Understanding of and compliance with NCAA rules and regulations and commitment to the mission of Jesuit higher education.
Qualifications
Candidates should have experience working in a culturally diverse environment and knowledge of soccer in a college setting; the ability to draw upon coaching/playing experience and contribute to technical training as well as in match tactical adjustments, and adjust and accommodate to differing techniques in a diverse and positive learning environment. Willingness to commit to the goals of Jesuit education. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
