Associate Benefits Analyst Location: Boston, MA As part of our Global Benefits team, you will help drive transformation and innovation within our global benefits and wellness programs. The Associate Benefits Analyst is a valuable contributor to the development and implementation of meaningful and engaging benefits in the US and around the world. This role will support unique, inclusive, and market leading benefits programs that help employees achieve their personal and professional best. - Provide input to employee benefits strategy, delivery, and operations
- Respond to employee questions and requests and provide relevant training and knowledge to employee support representatives
- Distribute and audit data files to benefits vendors and payroll team
- Ensure operational excellence by conducting regular audits on benefits processes and data
- Prepare and validate regular benefit plan fundings
- Receive and review benefit plan invoices, including reconciling data where needed
- Assist with timely completion of assigned benefit plan compliance activities
- Assist with onsite event and virtual event planning
- Draft, review and/or distribute employee communications, surveys, and promotional material
- Update program material and provide support to employees, managers, and HR business partners and maintain accurate program material on PTC intranet
- Assist with HR technology implementations and upgrades
- Participate in other projects as needed to support broader objectives of the People Team
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience supporting and administering US benefit plans, including healthcare, FSA, disability, 401(k) and all federal and state leaves of absence
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets in Excel
- Ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- General business and financial acumen with ability to exercise judgment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional maturity and comfort handling confidential matters with discretion
- Working knowledge of Workday, ServiceNow, ADP or similar online platforms
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience; bachelor's degree in related field preferred
