The Sr. Systems Manager will be involved with the analysis, design, development, and implementation of new and / or existing systems / sub-systems. The role may include Architectural Design, Requirements Engineering, or others; determining system specifications, and support acquisition of hardware and software (or subcontractor services as needed). In addition, as a working manager, this position will be responsible for managing a team of engineers on complex activities and completion on time and budget; have the ability to manage a technical group independently. U.S. Citizenship required. This position requires an active DOD Secret-level security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment. The pay scale for this position is $159,298/year - $247,309/year. The pay scale information is a general guideline only. Several factors can influence the pay scale for a position including but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, collective bargaining agreements, geographic locations, business considerations, scope and responsibilities of the position, local or other applicable market conditions, and internal equity.
