Position Summary: The Physician Service Lines Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting MemorialCare's physician strategy initiatives across Primary Care, MemorialCare Heart & Vascular Institute (MHVI), Oncology Services, and OB service lines. This position is responsible for maintaining and strengthening physician relationships, monitoring market dynamics, and providing strategic insights to support business development and growth initiatives. Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Job Physician Relations Management * Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians and practice staff across designated service lines. * Monitor and support physician satisfaction and engagement initiatives. Market Intelligence & Analytics * Create and maintain dashboards tracking physician movement within the community. * Monitor competitor activities and market conditions affecting physician practices. * Analyze trends in practice acquisitions and physician recruitment. * Generate regular reports on market share and growth opportunities. * Track key performance indicators related to physician alignment and partnership success. Strategic Support * Identify opportunities for service line growth and expansion. * Maintain documentation of physician engagement activities and outcomes. Business Development * Support the growth and development of assigned service lines (Primary Care, MHVI, Oncology, OB). * Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities with physician practices. * Monitor business continuity in physician practices post-acquisition. Work Environment * Professional office environment. * May require occasional evening or weekend work for special projects or meetings. * Fast-paced environment requiring ability to manage multiple priorities. Minimum Requirements Experience * Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred. * 4 years of experience in healthcare operations or physician relations. * Experience with healthcare analytics and reporting tools. * Knowledge of physician practice operations and healthcare market dynamics. Education * Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field. * Experience with physician practice acquisitions. * Knowledge of Southern California healthcare market. * Familiarity with healthcare CRM systems. * Experience with business intelligence tools. |
