Peraton is seeking SkillBridge Interns to supporting our Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order (TO), providing opportunities for transitioning service members officially authorized by their respective military branch to participate in the DoD SkillBridge program. Peraton offers real-world training and in-demand work experience while having the opportunity to evaluate the service member's suitability for future employment. Our SkillBridge program is designed to help service members with existing skill sets align with our organizational needs and transition smoothly into civilian careers at Peraton.

The purpose of the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order (TO) is to provide USSOCOM, its Component Commands, its Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and its deployed forces with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain Network Operations (NetOps); maintain systems and network infrastructure; provide end user and common device support; provide configuration, change, license, and asset management; conduct training, and perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMACs) services.

Submitting this application DOES NOT guarantee enrollment in our SkillBridge program; it is intended to gather potential candidates and evaluate their eligibility and qualifications. No hires will be made against this role directly.

The DoD SkillBridge initiative provides active-duty service members with opportunities for civilian job training, skill enhancement, and practical work experience during the final 180 days and no less than 30 days of their military service.

Each applicant's eligibility will be assessed based on the following criteria:

Military Experience Alignment: Your military background will be evaluated to determine its compatibility with currently available Peraton SITEC 3 internship opportunities and/or future full-time positions.
  1. Program Sponsorship Approval: Peraton's SITEC 3 program must approve and sponsor your SkillBridge internship.
  2. Internship Feasibility: Peraton will assess its ability to provide a meaningful internship experience that aligns with our approved DoD SkillBridge Program Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).

A successful application involves the completion and approval of this SkillBridge application, which will be on record with Peraton before commencing an internship and is used for DoD SkillBridge program and Peraton internal reporting purposes.
