Legacy of Delano, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Maintenance Director to join our growing team!

Legacy of Delano is a fun filled Senior Living Facility, located right off of Highway 12 in Delano, near Coborn's. It has 51 total units, between both Assistant Living, Independent, and Memory Care Apartments. Delano is a growing community with compassionate team members, who help our residents AGE Magnetically, join our team today!

Oversee two communities. 24 hours at Delano and 16 at Rogers

Shifts Available: Full Days and MOD Weekends
Wage Range: $25-$27

In this position you will assist in the repair, upkeep, and maintenance of the building, grounds, and equipment. Duties include:

Ensures repair, maintenance, and function of building electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, floor care, vehicles and grounds meet expectations.

Creates and implements preventive maintenance program for buildings, grounds, vehicles, and equipment.

Ensures work orders are completed in a timely manner.

Consistently protects residents and tenants' safety by controlling access to chemicals and equipment.

Attends and assists in training events to maintain and expand competencies and customer service.

Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and adherence to department's budget.

Preferred Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Demonstrated knowledge of mechanics, carpentry, electrical, HVAC and plumbing as well as

housekeeping and laundry operations.

Experience in health care is preferred.
