Transportation Call Center Specialist

• Assist the Provider Services Manager and company health staff with communication of accurate benefit information and ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
• Treat all callers with respect and dignity, providing superior customer service.
• Navigate the membership system and other company health systems efficiently to serve customers.
• Document calls and inquiries with relevant information.
• Schedule transportation for members with providers, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Issue Designation of an Authorized Representative forms and respond to Express Requests and elevated transportation issues.
• Abide by company health's Code of Conduct, comply with HIPAA, and maintain office cleanliness and safety.
