Pay: $12 per hour | Employment Type: Temp-to-hire Schedule: Shifts are from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM and 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Training will follow a schedule of 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM and 6:45 AM to 3:00 PM, Sunday through Saturday. Must be able to work both shifts. The Call Center Operator will be responsible for customer service, taking calls and determining if the situation is an emergency using a switchboard, speaking with customers, keeping good notes, coordinating information, and advancing knowledge as needed. This position requires detail-oriented candidates with phenomenal verbal and written communication skills, excellent typing skills, and proficiency in Excel. We are looking for meticulous, driven, multi-taskers and customer service-minded applicants.
