THE JOB: As a Priority Check-In Agent (VIP Lounge Representative), you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us. THE STARTING RATE: $19.00 THE DAY-TO-DAY: Ensure the VIP check-in/out process is efficient and flawless while facilitating an excellent working relationship between the property and the guest Resolve guest bills with casino hosts for any additional food, beverages or show tickets Ensure correct charges and credits are posted, collect payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and demonstrate responsibility in balancing all cash and cash equivalent transactions THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent education experience Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays 1+ years of guest-facing customer service experience 1+ year of Front Desk, Concierge, VIP Lounge experience Working knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS) software or related platforms Experience working in a similar resort setting THE PERKS & BENEFITS: Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on things like travel, electronics, online shopping, and more.
