The primary purpose of this job is to enter orders, schedule work and production, supervise and train team members, receive, store, and stock items, check dates, reduce close dated product, track and record product loss from damage and out of codes, and does all department tasks as needed.

  • Promptly, at the start of the shift, the team member will review the work schedule, check the equipment and supplies required to perform the work scheduled, comply with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements, and otherwise prepare for duties.

  • Supervise, teach, and train team members.

  • Enters orders, schedule work and production, check dates, KLT items going out of code and, does all department tasks as needed.

  • Unload trucks, move pallets to freezer, and unload pallets.

  • Load U-boat with stocking items, push U-boat to frozen case, stock shelves with items, remove out of code items, and reduce close dated product.

  • Knowledge of CAO maintenance and KLT.

  • The team member flattens cartons, stacks them on U-boat, pushes U-boat to bailer, and loads cardboard into the bailer.

  • Remerchandise end caps and displays, set up new program displays, and does resets.

  • Verify and change prices with a scanner and label maker as needed.

  • Department sanitation.

  • May use a stool to reach upper shelves.

  • Must be able to communicate with customers to provide an outstanding shopping experience.

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations in order to complete job duties in a satisfactory manner.

  • Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.

  • Must meet the company performance standards for the job including but not limited to regular attendance.
