THE JOB: As anInternational Executive Casino Host, you'll leverage your experience in VIP management and high-end sales to elevate the guest experience in a dynamic casino environment. Your role is essential in maintaining and growing the casino's prestigious customer base while streamlining operations to ensure seamless and exceptional service. Your expertise in relationship-building and customer care will directly contribute to creating unforgettable experiences for guests, turning every interaction into aWOW momentthat lasts long after they leave. THE SCHEDULE: 6 PM - 2 AM THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Use experience to track customer activity and offer personalized rewards like rooms, food, tickets, and discounts.
- Build relationships with guests to grow a loyal customer base and provide exceptional service during their stay.
- Approve credit limits for qualifying guests and represent the casino at exclusive events to strengthen VIP connections.
- Handle sensitive information carefully, resolve customer complaints, and stay updated on local laws and company policies.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- At least 1 year of experience in VIP management, high-end sales, or a related field, with a focus on exceptional, personalized service (casino experience not required).
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of experience in VIP management, sales, or similar high-touch industries.
- Proficiency in a second language to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.
