The opportunity

The SNHU Student Project Administrator is responsible for assisting our Analytics project analyst, project managers, and leadership team to bring projects to completion. This role would be best suited for a student who is interested in Project Management, Organizational Leadership, or Administration related roles. This is an introductory level role so previous experience is not required. This position will be closely working and exposed to roles within Data Analytics and Reporting. Students in this role will work directly with the Analytics Project Analyst and a group of leaders supporting a variety of reporting and analytics teams. This role will expose the student worker to different project management approaches, documentation, knowledge management processes, and project management systems and tools (Azure Dev Ops, Mural) and more.

Role Responsibilities and Opportunities

  • Responsible for various administrative duties surrounding a project which can include creating and standardizing documentation, meeting management, time management, and organizational tasks.
  • Communicate technical and non-technical information across teams to ensure that teams are working towards deadlines and project requirements as expected.
  • Develop an understanding of the tools and systems used across the department.
  • Oversee product/report delivery, including research, design, and creation of basic reporting to track projects.
  • Create artifacts and document processes. Included but not limited to; toolkits, statements of purpose, statements of work, project plans, project charters, trainings, and more to keep the department organized and to create a history of tools and agreements used for a variety of teams.
  • Help to manage risks and issues across teams, this can include working to escalate items that are time sensitive, relaying updates on items that are in development, and organizing various issues with conflicting timing and priority needs.
  • Work to identify and anticipate the needs of business partners and work alongside members of the department to create new tools to provide additional support for our stakeholders/business partners.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Current enrollment in classes as part of a SNHU degree program
  • Ability to work 15-20 hours a week within the following schedule: Monday-Friday between the hours of 8 AM ET and 4:30 PM ET

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this position is $12.00 - $15.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations.
