We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join Element Fleet Management. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients.

As the Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the operations and support of assigned products in the US/Canada Fuel/Svc and Taxable Benefit department.

A Day in the Life

  • Develop expert knowledge and operational fulfillment of assigned products with the ability to articulate the product purpose, benefits, value, and deliverables.

  • Offers business and technical support to provide consultation, recommendations or resolutions, and data management for both internal and external clients.

  • Maintain and execute on day-to-day operational activities.

  • Maintain client relationships and policy information, including information databases. Investigates gaps and identifies and resolves service issues.

  • Maintain 3rd party relationships as it relates to the production of materials and data.

  • Participate in assigned projects, including analysis, testing, product and procedural development, customer training and project implementation working closely with other areas.

  • Assist in the management of Fuel Fraud in both US and Canada.

  • Conduct training to internal audiences if training gaps are identified or product clarification are necessary. Trains internal clients on procedures when product enhancements are implemented.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 3-5 years' related business experience (preferred)

  • Strong client service skills with a commitment to develop solutions for client needs

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word required.

  • Ability to apply problem solving techniques to complex business scenarios

  • Strong analytical skills with a high level of aptitude

  • Strong communication (oral, written and presentation) skills

  • Demonstrated ability to consult with internal and external clients with an understanding of the critical importance of client satisfaction

  • Independent decision-making skills and willingness to accept responsibility for actions

  • Technical skills are a plus; supports products delivered on web-based, mainframe, and other database platforms and processes

  • Work with peers and coworkers to promote teamwork, flexibility, and collaboration

  • Ability to express complex, technical concepts effectively, verbally and in writing

The hiring base salary range for this position is $51, 600- $71, 000 based skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
