THE JOB:

As a Workforce Management Supervisor, you motivate and support schedulers in the production of weekly schedules and daily operational tasks. The Supervisor is a leadership liaison between the Workforce Management Specialists and management. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $28/HOUR

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Auditing daily/weekly reports to capture inefficiencies and implement corrective measures.
  • Train and enhance the Workforce Management Specialists' skills to improve scheduling solutions as well as their personal growth.
  • Collaborate with department schedulers and department managers to ensure accurate staffing levels to formulate efficiency strategies.
  • Discover new best practices to best utilize staffing while following current labor agreements and regulations.
  • Devise scheduling enhancements and create new business models.
  • Balance specialists' workloads between weekly scheduling and daily operations.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Possesses a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • Proven 2 years of front-facing guest service or hospitality experience.
  • Has worked with collective bargaining agreements.
  • Exhibits a keen attention to detail and shows proficiency in technical skills.
  • Displays excellent communication abilities and finds enjoyment in collaborating with departmental leaders.
  • Embraces a team-oriented mindset and exhibits strong time management capabilities.

THE SCHEDULE: Must be flexible to work outside primary schedule based on the business need.

  • Monday, Thursday-Friday: 12PM - 8PM
  • Saturday-Sunday: 10AM - 6PM
  • Tuesday-Wednesday: OFF

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum - Maximum

$22.28 - $37.19

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
