Responsibilities
System Management Branch. Part of DoDIN-A operations focus on multiple dispersed, independent/intra-dependent systems performing multiple functions (Operating System (OS), Hardware (HW), database, software applications, etc.) that are interoperable with other elements or systems to perform a function as part of a larger, more complex system. The GCC operates, monitors, sustains, and secures Enterprise directed systems throughout the GCC AOR and internal services. * Virtualization Management / SAN / Backup. The GCC operates, maintains, secures, and monitors Virtual Infrastructure (VI) internally and within Enterprise virtual systems owner environments. The GCC uses various cloud and cloud computing services. Most virtual environments are Private Cloud services; however, many services are moving to the cloud, and require the same support as described. Perform the following functions in support of the Government to implement, deploy, operate, maintain, and sustain VI environments, large storage devices, and backup/restoration systems/services/process/procedures using maximal automation where possible. Perform the following Virtualization functions: * Army 365 Tenant (A365) Management and Support: Assess service-based alerts, develop/determine Enterprise mission impact, report significant outages, and develop technical/non-technical alerts to the field. Participate in working groups to create, submit, and track change requests for the A365 tenant. Develop and maintain Army-specific documentation regarding policy, process, and procedures for A365. Maintenance of A365 documentation must be IAW organizational review process. Perform account management for current A365 and AvD systems. Support development of a "single pane of glass", statistical analysis, and other data science-related reports, dashboards, and requirements. Gather, develop, and maintain metrics and dashboards for A365 data for consumption by users, administrators, and Government leadership, utilizing Power BI, Power Apps, USEIM, etc. * Possess knowledge/experience in the following technologies/skillsets: Ports, Protocols, and Services Management (PPSM), working knowledge of system provisioning, network connection requirements, and methods to connect a remote MNAK to GEF-N and GEF-S transport between theaters. * System Application Migration: Support mass migrations of users and associated web/data content from one (1) system/application to another utilizing Metalogix software Suite or SQL backups. Support migrations of systems and applications from one (1) hosting site to another. Migration activities may include emerging technologies and platforms that may require extensive planning and execution on both Army and DISA-managed networks.

Target Salary Range
$66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
