THE JOB:

As a Food Server at Salt & Ivy, A Coastal Kitchen, you will create memorable dining experiences by taking and delivering customer orders and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will be essential in providing excellent service, making guests feel like they are dining in a southern garden by the coast.

THE STARTING RATE:$6.78 per hour + tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Deliver exceptional customer service in a vibrant, coastal-inspired setting.

• Take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure guests enjoy a delightful dining experience, whether enjoying our Southern brunch or themed dinner nights.

• Stay informed about our seasonal menu, specialty dishes, and unique drink offerings, including Southern staples and refreshing cocktails.

• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely, efficient service and high-quality food and drinks.

• Maintain a clean, organized dining area to keep guests comfortable and the environment welcoming.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Enjoys providing top-notch service and making guests feel special.

• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where every day brings something new.

• Works well in a team, always striving to create positive guest experiences.

• Has flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

• Previous food service experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate!
