Line Lead

• Ensure employees are working in assigned areas and maintaining a safe environment.
• Verify start-up conditions, including coding, equipment settings, and fill weights, meet specifications.
• Utilize systems like FLEX, Traffic, and Labor databases to gather necessary operational information.
• Monitor quality, specifications, and daily labor utilization, recommending improvements as needed.
• Serve as the primary contact with maintenance technicians, requiring knowledge of equipment and processes.
• Lead and monitor employees to ensure adherence to policies and procedures while providing performance feedback.
• Ensure materials meet production needs and quality standards, train production line employees, and complete required paperwork.

• High school diploma or GED.
• A minimum of 6 months experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Computer literate and working knowledge of operating systems (Windows), word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Excel), and basic knowledge of E-Mail (Outlook) preferred.
