Job Description

What you will be doing:

  • Coordinate the processing of transfers that are submitted on our trust accounting system.

  • Review that all transfers are accounted for and are balanced.

  • Work any transfers that have errors. Correct errors real time so transfers can be submitted to the counterparty for processing.

  • Maintain a balance sheet of all daily activity.

  • Coordinate, initiate, and validate the end of day settlement process.

  • Help document system issues, processing issues and recommend solutions for improvement.

  • Change management support and contribution.

What you bring:

  • High school diploma or GED. Associate's or Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience preferrable.

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite with a heavy emphasis on Excel. As well as applications specific to trust systems/processes.

  • Requires strong problem-solving, time management, organizational and data entry skills.

  • Requires attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and adjust schedules to meet deadlines.

  • Ability to work in an organized manner.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

  • Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients and public.

  • Knowledge of Global Plus software is a plus.

  • Knowledge of transfer processes is a plus.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $22.65 - $36.93 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
