Description
The Director of Marketing Operations manages the functional level of the Bank's marketing department. The functional level supports the development, execution, and distribution of external marketing campaigns and communications. Utilizes digital and collateral design, marketing automation, and Email to support brand, product, and revenue objectives of the Bank. The Director works closely with Chief Marketing Officer and the Strategy Marketing Managers to identify critical business objectives across the organization that support growth and deploys in- house and third-party marketing solutions to meet agreed upon objectives. Works to create and implement comprehensive policies and programs related to corporate marketing and communications and is responsible for managing the development of marketing sales support materials and ensuring that all project deadlines are met across the functional level. Direct responsibilities include project management for division or enterprise-wide marketing initiatives, copywriting to support business objectives as well external and some internal M&A acquisition and internal communications. Co-manages monitoring and reporting to support reputation management, PR, and social media. Work collaboratively with business unit leaders to manage policies and procedures related to marketing compliance and communications. RESPONSIBILITIES

A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways. This job is a fully qualified, career oriented, journey-level position. A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base salary or pay for this position is $129,171.00. to $180,000.00. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. A discretionary bonus and/or business line incentive may be provided, in addition to a medical and other benefits, dependent on the position.
