THE JOB As a Security Specialist, you will be responsible to act as a visual deterrent, intervene and respond to all levels of security and potential emergency needs including acts or threats of violence, emergencies, and life safety threats. THE STARTING RATE:$21.50 THE DAY-TO-DAY: Patrol and monitor all areas of the property, including the exterior by operating a bicycle or company vehicle Act as a dispatcher to relay information, messages and/or emergencies to or from appropriate personnel using telephones or two-way radios Act as a first responder in emergency situations Perform gaming drops/transactions, including carrying drop boxes and chip carriers Write reports of daily activities and irregularities such as property damage, theft, guest or employee accidents, or unusual occurrences THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred One (1) year security experience High School diploma, GED or other educational certification Takes pride in their work Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences Describes themselves as detail-oriented Enjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression Can handle multiple tasks at one time THE PERKS & BENEFITS: Free meals in our employee dining room Security uniforms are provided and laundered Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on things like travel, electronics, online shopping, and more.
