We have witnessed many stories of interns building long-lasting careers at the Bank. Key Responsibilities: RPA Development Support:
- Assist senior RPA developers in designing and building automation workflows using Automation Anywhere.
- Learn how to develop and modify RPA scripts and workflows to automate repetitive business processes.
Testing & Debugging:
- Help with the testing and validation of automation workflows to ensure they meet quality and functionality standards.
- Participate in debugging and troubleshooting bot errors, and support in resolving issues under the guidance of senior developers.
Documentation & Process Mapping:
- Assist in documenting automation processes, workflows, and solutions.
- Help map out business processes to identify automation opportunities and assist in the process documentation.
Bot Monitoring & Support:
- Monitor and track the performance of deployed bots to ensure they are running smoothly.
- Provide support for deployed bots, including identifying and reporting issues.
Required Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of programming concepts (e.g., C#, VB.NET, Python, or JavaScript).
- Familiarity with Automation Anywhere.
- Strong interest in learning about automation technologies and robotic process automation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or experience in programming, software development, or automation-related work is a plus.
- Exposure to relational databases and SQL is beneficial.
- RPA certification or courses in RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc.) are a plus but not required.
