Key Responsibilities:

RPA Development Support:

• Assist senior RPA developers in designing and building automation workflows using Automation Anywhere.
• Learn how to develop and modify RPA scripts and workflows to automate repetitive business processes.

Testing & Debugging:

• Help with the testing and validation of automation workflows to ensure they meet quality and functionality standards.
• Participate in debugging and troubleshooting bot errors, and support in resolving issues under the guidance of senior developers.

Documentation & Process Mapping:

• Assist in documenting automation processes, workflows, and solutions.
• Help map out business processes to identify automation opportunities and assist in the process documentation.

Bot Monitoring & Support:

• Monitor and track the performance of deployed bots to ensure they are running smoothly.
• Provide support for deployed bots, including identifying and reporting issues.

Required Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of programming concepts (e.g., C#, VB.NET, Python, or JavaScript).
• Familiarity with Automation Anywhere.
• Strong interest in learning about automation technologies and robotic process automation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous internship or experience in programming, software development, or automation-related work is a plus.
• Exposure to relational databases and SQL is beneficial.
• RPA certification or courses in RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc.) are a plus but not required.
