Pay: $18.89 per hour 1st Shift Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday Requirements: A bachelor's or associate degree paired with 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant. As the Legal Secretary, your primary responsibilities will encompass answering phones, monitoring emails, receiving/assigning new public records requests, processing/paying invoices for legal fees/litigation expenses, issuing litigation hold memos, data entry tasks, and serving as the liaison between the office and the University's Worker's Comp servicer. The ideal candidate will bring prior legal and accounts payable experience and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume, professional, team-oriented environment. Employee Benefits/Perks:
