Staffmark is seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join our team in Jonesboro, AR! Pay: $17.50 per hour Shifts: 7 AM - 7 PM or 7 PM - 7 AM, working 3 days one week and 4 days the next week. As a Machine Operator, your responsibilities include ensuring that product labels match work orders and that the product quality meets target standards. You will follow and maintain safety protocols, manage paperwork, and understand machine changeovers. Effective communication with team members and peers is essential to ensure smooth operations. You may also be required to step in and assist with packing when needed. A basic understanding of computers and printers will be necessary to track production. Additionally, you will maintain a clean and organized work area, ensure the packing station remains tidy, and be available to work overtime when necessary.
