Responsibilities

Peraton seeks a Cyber Budget Execution/Resource Integration Manager to support Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER) with cyber planning, policy, operations, and training of resource support functions in the Resource Integration, Budget Execution and PA&E Divisions.

Task include:
* Assist in developing new approaches to improve the ARCYBER G8 organizational framework through the coordination and integration of staff processes
* Work with Division leadership to develop and incorporate new, revised, and improved business practices, processes, procedures, products, to include, but not limited to, analyzing plans, drafting OPORDs and participation in IPRs for special projects/programs
* Conduct research to provide analysis of and input to Army Force Management processes
* Assist in the development of Force Management products
* Draft planning goals and programming objectives in accordance with government direction
* Draft and provide briefings, information/decision papers, policy documents, staffing packages, letters, memorandums, and official multimedia correspondence



Qualifications

Required:

    Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD. Will consider HS+12 years of relevant experience.
  • Two years of experience supporting Service or Joint Operations at Division, or higher command level
  • Expertise in cyber-related budgeting, financial planning, execution and operations
  • DoD budget process and PA&E knowledge/experience related to cyberspace operations
  • Active TS/SCI w/poly or ability to obtain Polygraph and MEAD clearance
  • Must be able to conduct OCI Mitigation training and work IAW OCI Mitigation Plan
  • U.S Citizenship required

Target Salary Range

$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
